Thank you for choosing the Black Friar Inn. There is a two-night minimum stay through out the Summer season, but we do take one night reservations when the room calendar permits. Rates are based on two-person occupancy per room with no exceptions. Your breakfast is included with your reservation. Please be aware that the 9% lodging tax will be added to the nightly rate.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and hold your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. One-night stays are welcomed, when available. Full nightly rate required for reservation. Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. Please allow 24 hours for reservation processing and delivery of confirmation through email. Beaware that the confirmation comes to your email by Mailchimp format.
Reservation deposits are refundable when cancellations are made fourteen days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made within the fourteen days prior of the arrival date may forfeit the reservation deposit if dates cannot be rebooked. We will certainly try to re-fill the cancelled dates and pass along the refunds to you if we do. All cancellations will assess a $25 fee per room.
General information
Check-in is at any reasonable hour. For late arrivals, instructions will be provided. Check-out by 11am. Rooms accommodate two people, no exceptions. Breakfast is included with the nightly rate. Breakfast is served from 8-10am. Dinner is served from 5-9pm. The Friar's Pub is open from 5pm to approximately 11pm seven days a week starting June 23nd. Non-smoking. Sorry, no pets.
